In this time of reduced travel, when your frequent flyer miles and credit card points may be lying fallow, why not use them for the sacred mitzvah of welcoming and supporting the refugee/stranger/ sojourner?

 

While we're doing our part by forgoing gatherings with distant relatives and loved ones over the holidays, your miles can help bring reunion hugs and tears of joy to children and parents who have been separated for months or even years. Your credit card rewards can also be used to provide furniture, clothing, school supplies, toys, and other essentials for these families as they recover from separation and incarceration.
